Day 19 - A cute little ‘vintage’ bread delivery truck.
Wibs used to be a huge player in the bread market back when Mumbai was Bombay. Then slowly larger corporations like Britannia took over. Many Wibs factories shut down & you can hardly see their bread at any shops now. So when I saw this truck at the signal, I was so happy that I got to photograph it.
Those were the days… *sigh*

Day 16 - A thunderstorm, in all it’s destructive beauty ☁☂
Reminds me a lot of the Thunderstorms I encountered in Kovalam (though the ones is Mumbai aren’t half as bad!)
I love thunderstorms. There’s something terrifying and beautiful about them. *shudder*

Day 14 - A different kind of tree house.
This picture is not doctored at all! And that really is a tree rising out from that hovel.
Sorry for the bad quality picture, though. I really shouldn’t use this BlackBerry cam so often.

Day 13 - A wonderful treee cano-peee.
(Incase you’re wondering, I mean tree canopy)
I just love the fact that so many roads in Mumbai still have tree shading them just like this one. It’s an absolute pleasure to walk those roads.
There’s something new happening in my life yet again & I’m really really busy. I hardly have time to breathe (or bathe) forget about groom (I was never big on grooming anyway!)
I walk around like a frazzled zombie. I’m even neglecting Life etc., my blog. I barely get the time to just publish a picture here.
Hence I have not been able to comment on your blog or reply to the comments you guys left on mine. But I want you to know that I ♥ you so much! Yes, YOU!!!

Day 10 - Death can be Beautiful too.
At least gravestones can be. This is at St. Peter’s Church in Bandra.
A lot of people own graves there since generations & hence the fancy Marble Cross.

Day 5 - Old World Charm.
I know fully well that this looks like a rural mansion.
So would you believe me if I told you that this house is situated on Linking Road, Khar (Mumbai).
I find homes like these absolutely charming, though they are becoming very scarce. It saddens me to think one day we won’t see any more here in Mumbai.

Day 1 - Mumbai Metro : Work in Progress.
When we moved into out new home two years ago, the roads (outside it) were broad & traffic flowed freely.
And the metro construction started. And I knew roads would never look the same.
And I regretted not taking a ‘before’ picture. Now I only have an image of how the roads used to look in my head.
So now finally stopped regretting stuff I can’t change & took a work-in-progress picture.
Maybe I’ll take more as the construction progresses further.
